Invitation to our “In conversation with… business” Events!

We run “In conversation with… business” sessions every 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 16-17.30 (UK Time). The overall idea is to demonstrate with practical examples how useful Graves’s framework is when it comes to mastering business challenges.

We briefly introduce the relevant parts of the Graves Value System (aka. Spiral Dynamics, Integral Theory) at the beginning of each session to provide some context. We then delve into some real-life examples and give everyone the opportunity to challenge and share their own experiences. After all, we are in this together and can learn from each other.

One major advantage of these sessions comes from applying Graves’s framework to different contexts. Every time we do this, we gain additional insight, which in turn increases our ability to see the bigger picture more clearly.
